This summer marks 30 years for G. Gibson Projects, formerly known as G. Gibson Gallery. The new business model has worked well for our clients and ourselves in the last year & a half, and we thank you for your continued support. Pop-up exhibits have taken a back seat during the last year but we hope to continue this mission in the future. We will also continue to add new artworks to our website and via Instagram.

ROAD TO NOWHERE by Eirik Johnson
This limited edition double-sided accordion book stands as an homage to Seattle’s elevated highway, the Viaduct. One side of the book features color photographs looking back at the city framed, top and bottom, by the Viaduct’s Brutalist structure. The other side of the book follows in stark black and white, the operatic demolition of the highway and its ultimate demise.

JoAnn Verburg’s olive tree photograph BETWEEN, 2021 is this years artwork for the Spoleto Festival USA poster. Past artists include Ann Hamilton, Sol Lewitt, Li Songsong, Charles Gaines, David Hockney, Susan Rothenberg, Jim Dine, Elizabeth Murray, Frank Stella, and others.
JoAnn is also featured on The Walker Art Center’s Instagram feed speaking about Kerry James Marshall’s painting, Blind Ambition, 1990.
